There is a bill A3769 scheduled in the Assembly Health Committee on Thursday. The bill doesn’t deal directly with vaccinations, but it Requires DOH to ensure that fetal death certification and reporting requirements are consistent with current federal standards.
We need CALLS to the Assembly Health Committee members TODAY, especially if you are a constituent, asking them to AMEND A3769 to include a comprehensive health history of the mother, including all vaccinations or medical interventions received. Because we don’t know what may or may not be crucial information at this point, or what patterns may occur, it is imperative that all information is collected. (This bill was fast tracked and has already passed the Senate)
