An update as to the legal landscape for vaccine law:
Together with Coyle & Morris, LLP, we are proud to have helped save over 1,000 jobs for people fighting vaccination mandates. Coyle & Morris, LLP have also filed legal actions for more than 75 people who were discriminated against by their employers: nurses, doctors, fire fighters, police officers, big pharma employees, and everyone in between. As of this week, Coyle & Morris have settled their 45th action, recovering over $3,000,000* for their clients.
Most of the plaintiffs lost their jobs and we were able to get compensation to help them rebuild. Two of the lawsuits caused one township in New Jersey to bring back and reinstate 13 firefighters and police officers from involuntary leave just weeks before they were to be fired.
Like all of us, we hoped vaccine litigation would end with COVID. Unfortunately, the battle still rages on. The earliest vaccine clients were nurses fighting for their religious right not to receive the influenza vaccine long before COVID. We are back to fighting that same battle again. Coyle & Morris are preparing to file a class-action lawsuit against a hospital for its illegal determination that there can be no religious exemption from the flu vaccine.
