On August 25, 2020, A4576 was just introduced by Assemblymen Herb Conaway (LD-7) and Andrew Zwicker (LD-16). This bill has been referred to Assembly Health Committee but has not been scheduled for a hearing.
A4576 seeks to “Require students and certain other children to be annually vaccinated for influenza as condition of enrollment at public and private K-12 schools, preschools, child care centers, and institutions of higher education.” https://www.njleg.state.nj.us/2020/Bills/A5000/4576_I1.PDF
We need to POLITELY and RESPECTFULLY let the Assembly Speaker and Senate President know that we are not OK with this.
Please call their offices and express your concern and opposition to a mandated flu shot. Make sure you record the date and time of your call and whom you speak with.

Some talking points:
The flu shot is notoriously ineffective (can be as low as 10-15%)
Effectiveness can decrease following multiple years of uptake.
Social distancing, wearing masks, and other corona protocols will lessen flu virus transmission. Flu statistics from the southern hemisphere, which is starting to emerge from winter corroborate a very mild flu season.
The Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has many claims and settlements related to influenza vaccination.
A military study has shown that influenza vaccination can potentially worsen the effects of corona virus.
Relay a personal story or experience you have had with influenza vaccination.
Contact A4576 Sponsors ask them to SHOW the SCIENCE that indicates that a mandatory flu vaccine for all students is warranted. (Ask for citations for claims made in the bill.)
