In 1986 the United States Federal Government granted vaccine manufacturers immunity from product liability law suits. Over $4 Billion in Federal tax dollars have been used to compensate for injuries resulting from vaccines.
The success of products created by the pharmaceutical industry should be based on their earned merits, not on government policy to mandate uptake.
Opposing vaccine mandates does not mean you oppose availability of or recommendations for the intervention. Opposing vaccine mandates means you respect a person’s right to make their own medical decisions.
Please help us reclaim a separation between government and the pharmaceutical industry. The people of New Jersey deserve freedom to make medical decisions as guided by their healthcare providers, individual beliefs and needs.
